Ministerial albums were issued for all NDH stamps , these special albums were made in small numbers for high ranking government officials, hence their name .They usually contain special colour proofs, trial prints of imperforate stamps and stamps as issued.
This album was issued in 1942 for Pomoć stamp series. Dr.Rommerskirchen and Wieneke-Kruse books both state that probably 15 albums were made for this issue. Mr.Pervan stated to me that this is the 3rd Pomoć Ministerial album he has seen. Probably no more then 5 or 6 albums have survived till today.
