WW1 , Krashovani Croat, K.u.K prisoner of war , Italy to Hungary.

WW1 - card from KuK soldier in prisoners of war camp in Italy to Temesvukovar,  last post Niczkyfalva , Temes county , Hungary. Today Vucova near Nitchidorf, Temesvar county in Romania. Card is without date and can be any year from 1915-18.

What is very interesting is text that is written in non-standard Croatian language even for the early 20th century standards.  In Romania there is small Croatian minority in this area around Temesvar, called Krashovani Croats and i think this card was written in Krashovani Croatian language. This Krashovan Croatian soldier served with KuK army ,become prisoner of war  and was intered in camp in Palermo, Sicily , Italy.

Adress written in Italian language, this Italian soldier surely joined 369.Croatian.Inf.division after the Italian capitulation in Sep.1943. Mail from 369 Kroat.div. to  countries other then Germany and Croatia is very rare!
