  K.u.K  31.Feldjager battalion

31.Feldjager battalion(FJB)  was Croatian unit in common K.u.K army .  Unit was based in Zagreb, recruiting area was around Zagreb but men from all parts of Croatia served in the unit .

It was one of only 2 Croatian units serving  in KuK army on the  Western front in 1918.

Unit served on eastern front until early 1917 then on Italian front, in mid 1918 unit  is transferred to Western front, Verdun France with 1.Inf.div.

1915. Fp.57 (50.Inf.brig, 25.ID), Fp.103 (7.Inf.brig,Gruppe Stoger-Steiner that later become 62.ID)

1916. Fp.57 (49.Inf.brig, 25.ID), Fp. Fp.52/Fp.287 46.Sch.Div.

1917. Fp.287 46.Sch.Div,  later in year battalion is with XV.korps(Fp. used unknown to me, many possible ),  Fp.382 (22.Geb.brig)

1918. Fp.521 (1.Inf.div in Italy then on Western front, so far i haven't seen any mail from western front).

Other Feldpost numbers on mail are possible, as constant movement of battalions and companies from from regiments to other units was common.
